Friend Referral Program Terms and
Conditions
Connect your friends with GoToddler!
When you refer a friend or colleague to GoToddler and they sign up as a new GoToddler
customer, both of your accounts are potentially
eligible for a total of $33 credit.
1) Referrers and referees must have registered
with the GoToddler website in order to apply the credits to their
accounts.
2) Referrers must have ordered at least once and their billing/delivery address has to be registered with GoToddler
3) Referrers shall use
the referral form and GoToddler will register the friend on the website and send $22 credit- to be used within two weeks with orders $99 or more, directly to the friend.
4)You, the referrer, will receive $11 credit - for orders of $99 or more, to be used within two weeks from activation. Your $11 credit will be activated for each new GoToddler
customer who has ordered after your referral. This excludes any existing customers who
have already ordered once with GoToddler
services or have already registered with GoToddler.
5) Referral credits cannot be assigned to any
current GoToddler customers
6) Only one referrer credit will be granted
per each new referral account. If multiple referrers claim the same
referral, GoToddler will have sole discretion to identify the referrer for
such referral.
7) Referral accounts that are canceled by GoToddler
for any reason (e.g., non-compliance with our usage policies) will not be
included in the program.
8) GoToddler credits are not transferable or
redeemable for cash. GoToddler reserves the right to terminate
the account(s) of any referring customer and / or referred customer as
described in our standard terms and conditions of use.
9)The referral credits cannot be used in conjunction
with any other offers and are valid for an period of max 2 week which is determined by
GoToddler at the time the credit is assigned.
10) Referrers and referees cannot be part of the same household (i.e. having the same billing and/or delivery address)
11) All Friend referrals must be genuine referrals. GoToddler reserves the right not to include in the program any referral who is considered not genuine. A Friend referral is not genuine when it is obvious, by analysing the GoToddler Website records, that the items received by the referee are paid or are going to be used by the referrer, or when the email/delivery address provided are being used by the referrer or close relatives of the referrer, and when it is obvious that the referrer is finally receiving the order or has paid for it. The monetary benefit of the $22.00 OFF discount must go to the new referee, and not to the referrer
Child Care Centres, Community Organisations and Commercial Operations are not included in GoToddler Friend Referral program.
