Referral Program Terms and
Conditions
Share and Save with GoToddler and with your friends!
When you refer a friend or colleague to GoToddler and they sign up as a new GoToddler
customer, both of your accounts are potentially
eligible for a total of $50 credit.
1) Referrers and referees must have registered
with GoToddler service in order to apply the credits to their
accounts.
2) Referrers could use
the referral form or send the personal referral code assigned by GoToddler, as 1st $20 credit- for orders $79 or more, directly to his/her friend.
3)You, the referrer, will receive a $20 credit - for orders of $99 or more, your $20 credit will be activated for each new GoToddler
customer who has ordered after your referral. This excludes any existing customers who
have already ordered once with GoToddler
services or have already registered with GoToddler.
4) GoToddler will send the additional $10 credit-for orders $79 or more, to the referred
customer, after his/her 1st order along with the usual Free Delivery Promotions. This credit must be used within 2 months - see also (10) and CAN BE used with any other additional loyalty promotion ( Free Delivery, etc.)
5)Referral program credits do not apply for
any accounts that you may have referred prior to the re-launch date of the
program: 8 September 2008.
6) Referral credits cannot be assigned to any
current GoToddler customers or 1st time user that began their
trial prior to the launch of the program.
7) Only one referrer credit will be granted
per each new referral account. If multiple referrers claim the same
referral, GoToddler will have sole discretion to identify the referrer for
such referral.
8) Referral accounts that are canceled by GoToddler
for any reason (e.g., non-compliance with our usage policies) will not be
included in the program.
9) GoToddler credits are not transferable or
redeemable for cash. GoToddler reserves the right to terminate
the account(s) of any referring customer and / or referred customer as
described in our standard terms and conditions of use.
10)The referral credits cannot be used in conjunction
with any other offers - with exception of the additional $10 credit in (4)- and are valid for an period of max 2 months which is determined by
GoToddler at the time the credit is assigned.
10) 2 months validity is assigned as follows.
Expiry dates are at the end of each month. (e.g. Credit assigned in December
will have expiry date 28/2/2009, credit assigned in November will have
expiry date 31/1/2009)
11) Referrers and referees cannot be part of the same household (i.e. having the same billing and/or delivery address)
