1. Information about how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. 
   
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents.
3. Persons less than 13 years of age and Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies or companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
4. To enter the entrant must:
   (1)    Visit the GoToddler website (www.gotoddler.com.au) or 
   (2)     Visit the GoToddler Facebook page and like the GoToddler Facebook page                  
5. (3)    buy $150 or more on the GoToddler Website before Thursday 13 December 2012 Midnight and after Thursday 29 November 2012 11:15am (AEDT)
   (4)    Consent to the collection, use and disclosure of his or her personal information; however the entrant may choose to opt out from GoToddler new products and specials newsletter
   
6. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter.  Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
7. The prize(s) (including many unused portion) cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.  The prize(s) must be taken as offered and cannot be varied by a winner.  The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize(s) with a prize or prizes of equal or greater value (including where a prize is unavailable), subject to approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory where relevant.  
8. The winner will be notified in writing by email within 3 working days of the relevant Draw.
   
9. The Promoter  decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.  
10. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and online entry forms, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.  Any entry made with stolen, forged, mutilated, unrecognised or tampered with entry forms is void.  
11. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for any lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected Entry.
12. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the Promotion including the prizes and these Conditions of Entry, subject to approval of the gaming authorities.
13. For any unclaimed the promoter may conduct  further draws  as are necessary on 20 June 2013 for an unclaimed prize. The winner of any unclaimed prize will be notified in writing and details of the winner of any unclaimed prize draw will be published on the GoToddler Facebook Page on 22 June 2013. 
    
14. The Promoter has no control over internet or mobile telephone communications, networks or lines, bugs, viruses and server problems and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, for any reason. 
15. All tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
16. The Promoter will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
17. If any act or omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Conditions of Entry, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
18. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter.  By entering this Promotion the entrant consents to the Promoter and the Promoter agents, licensees and assigns infringing your moral rights in any works in the entrant entry for an indefinite period of time by:
    (1)    not naming the entrant as the author of a work and naming the Promoter or an employee of the Promoter as the author;
    (2)    amending or modifying (whether by changing, adding to or deleting/removing) any part of a work,

By entering the Promotion the entrant consents to the Promoteprivacy policy available on the GoToddler websiteThe Promoter is required to collect personal information about the entrant under the gaming laws in Australia.  The Promoter collects the entrant personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion, notifying and announcing the winner(s) and of marketing the Promoter products and services, including by direct marketing techniques.  The Promoter may disclose the entrant personal information to third parties including those involved in the administration of the Promotion, notifying and announcing the winners, the supply of prizes, the relevant gaming authorities, marketing companies, database collators and website servers.  If the entrant does not provide the required personal information to the Promoter, the entrant cannot enter the Promotion.  The entrant may access and correct the personal information about the entrant held by the Promoter by writing to the Promoter at the address below.  By entering this Promotion the entrant consents to:
    (1)    the collection, use of his or her personal information ;
    (2)    receiving from the Promoter telemarketing calls for an indefinite period of time, not withstanding any listing of the entrant telephone number on the Do Not Call Register; and
    (3)    receiving from the Promoter commercial electronic messages, including SMS and email messages, for an indefinite period of time.
