How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my delivery?

Add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page.
Type your Postal Code and State Code.
Press Recalculate to update the shopping cart.

While progressing in your shipping calculation and charging process on your order, it is your responsibility to specify the right delivery area and the related postcode. Delivery area and Postcode must be consistent with the above table. GoToddler reserves the right to cancel your order, in case Handling & Delivery charges are not correctly calculated because postal codes are not matching delivery areas as specified in the Handling and Delivery Charges outlined above..

I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I did not receive one item in my order or I received the wrong product.
  In case your item could not be included in your parcel The GoToddler Team usually would call you, often before you receive your parcel. Your item could be backordered or refunded, or your order might be kept on hold while the missing item can be included in your parcel.

In case a wrong item is included in the parcel please do not hesitate to contact the GoToddler Team. A wrong item would be replaced, or your item could be refunded. Occasionally the GoToddler Team might ask you to return the wrong item.

If you have received the wrong product, or missing/damaged product please contact The GoToddler Team at info@gotoddler.com.au within 72 hours.
What is your return policy?
 

Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 365 days of the sale date and issue a full refund.

 We will also pay for the return shipping, if your return is due to a picking/packing mistake or you have received the product damaged. All we ask is that the product is not expired, is in the same condition you received it and is in the original box and/or packaging. 

Also we cannot accept refunds of baby food & formula and baby gates due to Health & safety Regulations

If the return is due to your ordering mistake all we ask is that you pay the return delivery charges and the delivery charges of (re)sending the items.


NOTE: 

If you wish to cancel before it has been dispatched please contact us via phone. No cancellation can be accepted via email. Order cancellations cannot be accepted after the order has been dispatched, however the order can be partially refunded. 

In case a free delivery order is cancelled after dispatch it will be refunded when products are returned in good conditions less applicable delivery charges.

Delivery charges in general are not refundable after order had been dispatched.

When will my order be delivered?
 
All orders are usually dispatched on the same day when you order before 1pm EDT.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO CHRISTMAS RELATED DELIVERIES DELIVERY TIME-FRAMES ARE BEING AFFECTED AND WE ARE UNABLE TO GUARANTEE USUAL DELIVERY TIME-FRAMES UNTIL 31 DECEMBER 2105
PLEASE TRY TO TWO-THREE DAYS IN ADVANCE IN ORDER TO PREVENT DISAPPOINTMENT/ RUNNING OUT OF ESSENTIAL ITEMS

Usually Sydney orders placed before 8am are dispatched at 9:30am for same day delivery.
All other orders placed before 1pm are usually dispatched by 3:30pm - delivery timeframe specified below.

If the order was placed over a weekend or holiday, shipment will be normally made on the next business day. If an item is on backorder you will be notified. If requested, it can be reimbursed within one day.

GoToddler delivers Australia-wide.
When you order by 1pm EDT we expect you will receive:
  • Same Day - Sydney Metro orders placed before 8am
  • Next day - Sydney Metro
  • Within 1-2 days - Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, NSW near and coastal cities
  • Within 3-4 days - Adelaide, Perth, Tasmania, North Queensland
  • 5+ days - Remote areas
In our experience, it is unlikely to receive in more than the days specified. Please check here GoToddler customers genuine testimonials
However, delivery timeframes cannot be guaranteed.
