I have ordered. When will I receive my order?
  GoToddler delivers Australia-wide. All orders are usually dispatched on the same day when you order before 1pm EDT.
If the order was placed over a weekend or holiday, shipment will be normally made on the next business day. If an item is on backorder you will be notified. If requested, it can be reimbursed within one day.

When you order by 1pm EDT we expect you will receive:
  • Next day - Sydney metro, Canberra
  • Within 1-2 days - Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, NSW near and coastal cities
  • Within 2-3 days - Perth, Tasmania, North Queensland

In our experience, it is unlikely to receive in more than the days specified.
However, delivery timeframes are generally not guaranteed.
