Do I have to pay GST?
  GST is included in all our prices. Invoice calculation and shopping cart will split the value of GST and item before GST for the purpose of GST requirements. Baby Formula, some Baby Food and some other specific items ( e.g. baby sunscreen and Huggies Dry Nites) are GST Free.
I have a question on my charges.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

GoToddler always send a detailed Taxable Invoice to all customers with the Delivery Notice.

When GoToddler refund/credit my credit card or paypal account?
  GoToddler can partially/entirely refund items/orders on your credit card without knowing your credit card details. Refunds are performed directly on your credit card or on your Paypal account.

Credit card and paypal accounts are charged when the order is placed. If an incorrect charge has occurred or you have received an incorrect item or there is a missing item in the order GoToddler administration will promptly refund on your credit card, paypal account, depending how you have paid your order, or your bank account in case you have paid via direct deposit.

GoToddler administration normally would process all refunds on Wednesdays.

When your return is received by Tuesday, and/or your incorrect charge or missing item was acknowledged by Tuesday, your refund will be then refunded on the following Wednesday.

You can expect a refund with no notice when an item was not sent with your parcel and there is note on your label, or if you have agreed a refund with GoToddler Customer Service representative and you have received a RAN.
If your credit card or paypal account is incorrectly charged please send an email to, while credit card payments and paypal are very reliable, we are unable to monitor hundreds of transactions manually and in case an error occurs we need to be notified to process a refund.

Please note when in the paypal website the order has actually been placed and confirmed by the GoToddler website but not paid yet.
If accidentally paid twice or not paid, the order is actually placed once, however the payment could have been received twice or not been received at all.
In that case please check your paypal account and if we have been charged your payment twice we will promptly refund the second payment. If we do not receive payment for an order we will notify you via paypal

Please note you will immediately receive an email with a transaction number when the refund is performed, however often credit card accounts do not show the transaction details for 24-48 hours

When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged immediately by eWay or Paypal. In that case, The GoToddler Team receives immediate notice.

If your credit card is not charged, and your order is completed, The GoToddler Team does not receive any communication from paypal and your order will be parked in a "Awaiting for Payment" status until payment is received
